It’s given me the Mana to make me the person I am today, it’s the reason why I strive to not only set the standards but raise the bar in any way, shape or form possible. Whether that was ensuring a safe crane operation or sharing knowledge during a training course, it’s about making sure that people go home to their families at the end of the day.
